Got a Camper, land, Cottage, or Quirky Cabin Just Sitting There?
Don’t leave money on the table! You could be earning passive income.
Maine swells from a population of 4 million to 10 million every summer.
That’s a lot of revenue from rental and hospitality that you could be getting a piece of with what you already have!
Not every vacationer is an older, wealthy demographic looking for a luxury stay – the next generation of vacationers is looking for something unique that speaks to their wilder, more adventurous nature that won’t break the bank.
Serving: Edgecomb, Damariscotta, Boothbay Region, Bristol, Georgetown, Bath & surrounding areas.

OUR VALUES
OFF GRID.
We believe in disconnecting from the chaos and reconnecting with what matters—nature, simplicity, and presence. Our properties invite guests to unplug and unwind, offering the kind of stillness and space you can’t find on a screen. Whether it’s solar-powered cabins, remote campsites, or cozy RVs tucked deep in the woods, we curate experiences that celebrate freedom, sustainability, and living life a little more raw and real.
OFF beat.
At Wild Whim, we celebrate the quirks, the character, and the creative spirit. We’re drawn to the odd-shaped A-frames, the boho buses, and the homes with stories in their walls. These aren’t cookie-cutter stays—they’re full of soul, personality, and surprise. We believe in standing out, staying curious, and offering guests a break from the bland with places that make them feel something.
OFF PATH.
We’re not here for the tourist traps—we’re here for the trails less traveled. Wild Whim is rooted in the spirit of exploration and discovery. Our stays are tucked in the corners, scattered through the woods, or hiding in plain sight—each one a gentle nudge to wander differently. We invite both hosts and guests to veer off-course, follow their curiosity, and find magic in the unexpected.
